TERMS OF SERVICE
> Payment is done in US Dollars and through my Buymeacoffee or Ganknow only.> Payment Policy: For commissions under $150, full payment will be received upfront.Commissions above $150 can be paid in full upfront or in full after approval of the first draft. You may also choose to pay half to reserve a spot and pay the remaining balance after approval of the first draft or negotiate another mode of installment.> Non-Refundable Policy: All payments are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of personal circumstances, including but not limited to personal emergencies.>You are allowed 3 free minor revisions during the sketch process. Any revisions after that will be an additional +10% of the Total Price. (This is only applicable to full-priced commissions, not the discounted ones on my Buymeacoffee.)>No more revisions will be allowed once the painting process is started.>References should be in a Google Doc/drive (w/ access) and then linked to me.>Please be straight to the point so I could work on your order as soon as possible (particularly for ones with deadlines).>More complex designs/illustrations can be discussed in detail. However, I reserve the right to increase the price of the commission if needed.>Usual turnover time is 2 weeks minimum up to 1-2 months depending on the type of commission and complexity. I have other projects outside of this, so if you have a deadline, please state so immediately and pay a rush fee.>The prices above are for personal pieces only. There is a separate quotation for Businesses, Projects, etc.> I can draw NSFW, mild gore, and anthro characters/humanoids. I will not draw full mecha (complicated details) or anything that may be too extreme. However, we can discuss details further to determine the possibility of the commission.>Clients/commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell commissions for NFT or any of the likes. None of my works are to be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. In the same vein, none of my art is to be used in or with AI technology.>I reserve the right to use any of the finished works for my portfolio, websites, and prints unless discussed otherwise beforehand.
